I, too, received a call from this number and know it's a telemarketer because when we answer, silence.  Then we hang up.  They are just robo-calling to see when we are home so that someone else can call at around the same time.  We don't answer strange calls anymore so they are wasting their time.

Same as the earlier two posters. Caller ID = "Green Air". Yet another scum bag telemarketer added to my call blocker.

"Green Air"  has tried 3 times so far today only to meet Mr. Call blocker on my end. I wonder who these [***] really are.

Same tired old scammers wih a new number.  You block one, they come right back with another one.  It never ends.  Aggravating morons.

Caller wanted to confirm appointment to check our furnace.  We didn't have an appointment and we have a new furnace.  The guy did not identify the company and started mentioning some California program/law to inspect the furnace for earthquake safety.  Sounded bogus.

Bogus furnace inspection telemarketing. They're in LA we're in SF Bay Area. how lame

They apparently don't take "blocked" for an answer.  they called 4 times in one minute according to my call log.  Never heard a thing as my blocker is set to suppress the first ring.

These idiots sounded like some old lady asking for me. Then claimed to have performed furnace maintenance in 2005. Liars.

Thanks for the above posting and now this number is blocked.

I got a call from this number saying that they have filed 3 criminal charges against me and will be sending the cops to collect me at my job.

Called, did not leave a message.  "Los Angeles Air" on Caller ID.

I did not answer. They did not leave a message.

Same old scammer called with various numbers and fraudulent ID.

Got a call from this number. The lady asked for my husband by name. I asked who was calling. She said they were calling about my furnace. I told her that I was on the phone and to call back in three minutes. She called back and began to tell me that they had a special on furnance cleaning for 39.95. I asked her how did she get this number since it has been unlisted forever. She claimed that back in 2005 they came and cleaned it for us. RED FLAG.... We have Never had an outside source clean our furnace. I told her to lose My number do not call it again. She asked me if I was the owner. I told her to lose the number and not to call back. She said you told me to call back now you are saying don't call back. I said yes  DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER. She told me she will call back and hung up on me

How do you block the number from a landline? Do tell. They keep calling me.
