- Balbert| 1 replyWhen i got this call i too was offered the gift cards and box of personal hygiene products.
I gave her my credit card number and waited for the package. A month later i got my cc bill and was astounded to see that it was completely maxed out. Since i gave her the number ive got no recourse. But she was very nice. - Tamianth replies to BalbertOh yes you do, its fraud plain and simple. File fraud with your CC holder and also file complaints with the FTC & CFB..

She said I had answered a survey or given favorable feedback for a business or product and earned $150 in gift cards/ products. She said she was going to transfer me to the next person to verify my information. I wanted to see what was going on (they got my number somewhere!) the next person asked if Nicole did a good job. When I asked what the name of their company was, she said "the customer service verification department. I said, no what's the name of your company... She started making noise to make it sound line we had a bad connection and saying "can you hear me?" Haha, I hung up. BIG scam. Don't give your information!

- Herbert BurtonI updated my iPhone this morning. Shortly after, I get a call from "Nichole" at (714) 551-6999
Orange County Area. She states that as a result of my recent update, that she wanted to offer me a gift of $150 in coupons and a dinner restaraunt gift card. Then she transferred me to another girl who bounced me in and out of pre recorded messages asking for personal information beginning with my address, then my full name, then my DOB which is where I stopped. Do you think this company is trying get a list of steal identy.,,, - SamI did not answer. When I tried to call back several times, the call wont go through.
- Sue in Cleveland,OHHard to tell if this is a real person or voice activated response automated call. Says "This is Nicole from Customer Service Rewards Company." Whenever I would interrupt by asking for which company's Customer Service she was calling from (or any other questions) her response was "Pardon me?" After approximately 2 beats, she would say "This is Nicole from Customer Service Rewards Company" and it would begin again. After 5 repetitions, she said, "I'm sorry, I cannot hear you. I'll call you back" and hang up.
