Got a text from this # and I do not know it is .

I received a call and text from this number. I called it back and there was a woman's recorded voice that  said my card has been suspended from my bank due to a technical error. It prompted me to go on then asked for my card number.

I did not give it my number. Checking with my bank to be double sure, but I do not think my bank would ask for information over the phone.

Called the number and heard the same message as stated above.  Very bad recording and not from Wells Fargo.

Text message....fraudulent transactions detected and to call them.  Stated a credit union we dont have an account with.  SCAM!  Didnt even call.  Keep getting even when we dont respond and just delete.

Got a text from a local number saying Bank of America needed me to contact them at this 714 number.  I contacted BoA from a customer service phone number provided by BoA and the text I received was not from BoA and the number listed was not a BoA number.

Received a text to call this number on behalf of Bank of America.  Called and said my debit card was suspended.  Asked for my SSN to reactivate.  I didn't enter and called BOA.  They confirmed it was not them and it was a scam.  Don't enter your social security number or bank account numbers!

Some from this number asks my social security number nd bank account number. FBI should tract this down immediately.

I received a text from this number on a Sunday morning telling me to contact my bank. Thought it was odd to get a text from my bank on a Sunday morning and a 714 rather than an 800 number.  I immediately went to the web and typed in the number and found this site.  I then contacted my bank to report the text.  

Received a text message from a number with only 5 digits, which claimed to be from Bank of America. The message said there was a security error with my debit card and told me to call this 714 number. I called (stupidly, because as it happens, I don't have a BoA debit card). A recording then asked to verify my account number and SSN. Again, stupidly, I spoke these numbers but did not enter them via the phone number pad. Then it asked again for my numbers, and I realized my error and hung up.  Called my bank and they cancelled my card.  
NOTE: I only complied with the stupid message because I had signed up for security notices from my bank, but this was not the number they had used previously.
BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!

This # is a pure scam, do not reply to it or contact them. They are fishing for your banking info!!!!!!!!!

Impersonating Compass Bank with me.

Received a text on Mother's Day of all days! Said "please contact Compass Bank...." Do not have an account with them. Scam. Do not reply!

Same modus as above, received text from an incomplete local number claiming to be from Bank of America. Text read "please contact at [number reported here], your Attention is needed". I called the number and the recorded female voice said something about my credit card being limited (?).Then it asked me to verify my account with my SSN, and I hung up. I'm glad this site can help identify these calls as scams!

Got this message on Mother's Day, googled it immediately, another person from work place said she and others recieved the same message.  Please tell work places to post warnings for other employees.

I received a text  message from 714-586-8899 in which they claim to be from Bank America.

Text message from this # stating Compass Bank my attention is required. SCAM ALERT this is a FRAUD message do not respond. WARNING .

received a text/voicemail that my mastercard debit card had been suspended and to call a number - my debit card is not a mastercard.  Received additional text message to call this number as my account needed attention - did not call

Received a text from this # stating that my credit card had been compromised.  This is a scam.

Text on May 11, 2014 from CB@7145555868899. Said call Compass Also  Bank which I have never used.  I am also listed with DoNotCall.gov Also a phone number, no area code 352-3622
