Scammer using Magic Jack

Caller id showed "Telemarketer" as our blocking service id'd the call as such. New scammer number.

I have never owned a home in my life and I continue to get calls from this similar number asking if I want to remodel a home I lived in as a child. This jerk then asks me if I swallow. I was speechless! They get worse by the day

Caller ID said Art Gapasin, who I do not know, and left no message

Unknown number/caller left no message.

Another typical scam call from an unknown number with a caller id of 'ART GAPASIN' who I don't know and he didn't leave a message. White Pages has this number rated high risk for scam or fraud! Blocked!
NOTE: A lot of reports saying this a home improvement contractor scam

7145869936 must be a scammer since no message was left.

Caller responded with a name this second time, but it was NOT Art Gapasin.  Same old local contractor BS, supposedly returning my call that NEVER happened, to provide me with an estimate.

Don't answer unrecognized #'s.  No message left.  You know it's a scam when Caller ID is the letter V followed by a random series of #’s.  # now blocked.  Thanks to all who post here!  Saves me a lot of grief.
