Called twice in the span of a few minutes. Looks to be a fresh scam caller.

Called 2x in a row and left no voicemail

So weird, just got a call from this number at 10:20am. Left a message that was 19 seconds long that just sounded like a waterfall the whole time...creepy

Called twice. Heavy breathing and moaning. So freaking weird.

Another cockroach spammer. I hope these boilerroom lowlifes die a horrible, painful death from cancer.

Called at 10:36AM, left no voicemail. Caller ID said from Brea,CA. Probably a scam

Got call 7/13/17 at 10:46am PST.  Automated robo-rambling in Spanish.
Multiple junk calls every day.  Have to turn off ringer -which leads to missing important calls.
Utter failure of the government do not call list - despite floors and floors of federal employees handsomely paid to do so.
I can't wait until the government is in charge of our health care.

The number called my girlfriend three times this morning, around the same time as the rest of these comments being left. Probably a telemarketer, but based off of the responses some people in this thread left, I'm not too sure anymore.

Called twice in a row.  Missed the first call - grabbed the second and it was in Spanish.  Blocked!

Hace unos minutos recibi una llamada de este numero la cual tenia un mensaje del condado de los angeles diciendo que si gustas escuchar los cambios que estaran en el bill de la luz o agua que preciones 1 y que si no quieres tener sorpresas en tu siguiente bill que tambien preciones el 1. Despues de eso se escucha una mujer diciendo halo halo y cuelgan . Su acento era sudamericano pareciera que son de esas empresas peruanas estafadoras que estan ubicadas en el extranjero pero estafan a las personas de estados unidos vendiendoles cosas caras o que no son del valor mencionado con trampas y mentiras como una vez comprado el producto te vuelven a llamar que as violado el contrato y que te tienen en grabacion  y que llamaran a la polecia y a inmigracion y como tienen tu direccion y las de las  personas que pones como referencias teponen a pensar que si pasara peor son ellos mismos los que hacen todo pues te mandan textos y te llaman juecez de la corte y toda la cosa .

So annoying to receive these kind of calls.  Called me twice and left no message. I eventually called back and all I got was classical music playing forever.

call about student loans   I have never had a student loan but they don't take no for an answer.

Got a call from this number at 12:43 pm on my cell.  Called back on my desk phone, using my work number.  Rang, then played the classical music then a man picked up, but did not answer-like he was talking to someone else while sitting on the phone.  Probably some scam.

Fraudulent - SCAM - These people call with a recording claiming to be calling from the city (DWP) about a debt. They threaten with sending you to collection, as this is  the last notification. A Spanish speaking woman rep came on the last, as i asked what this was regarding (in English) she said it was a wrong number. These people are obviously targeting minorities.

Llaman en Espanol diciendo que llaman de la ciudad y que debes dinero. FALSO.
