Spam caller trying to sell a solar program

Have any of you visited ANY of the car dealerships in Buena Park?  If so, I gave one of my spare cell phone numbers out when visiting a few of them one afternoon and now all the spam calls (not just 714-592-4830) are coming in on this spare phone.  Meaning (to me) someone at one of those car dealerships either sold my cell # or are actually running sideline scam calls emanating from Buena Park.  Not a scientific conclusion, but perhaps one to explain incoming calls on this otherwise invisible line.

WTF . . . can't we stop these calls?  This is the second call today . . . and . . . I have to work for a living.  Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.

CA area code Date of call...May 25, 2017 (10:27 am).  Similar callers to (714) 592-4830 (2nd-most frequent), are: (714) 602-4930 <--THE MOST frequent at 2-3 per day);  714-594-7840 @ 5:20 pm May 27 (<--newer caller), and (714) 592-1336 (newer), May 26, 2017 @ 3:11 pm.  Several numbers look similar,  We are in Tustin, CA, and receive many solar/handyman repair offer this way.
