He said his name is Michael. He mentioned about a California Initiative! Told him that he's selling Solar Energy and I'm not interested.Couldn't say a word, I told him do not call again!!

Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Out of Area" which usually means telemarketer/scammer. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of Garden Grove, California using 3 service providers of Level 03 Communications LLC-CA , AT&T California , and Pacific Bell. This is definitely a scammer that is spoofing numbers and looking for personal information while running some scam ( i.e. Solar Energy, Green Solutions etc. ). A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use.
