Sounds like a middle eastern trying to scam me.  Wants bank acct information.

These phone calls appear to come from several places in California. The last number I blocked came from Cypress, CA. When I pickup the phone, there is a lot of noise in the background and sounds like a television playing. The person calling seems as if they are distracted and do not reply immediately. They also ask to speak to you first, without introducing who they are and from what company they are calling from.  A real businesses will say who they are soon after you say hello. This is a scam company.

They called me several times a day, to the point of harassment. I never answered. They never left a voicemail.

Looking at the posts, I wonder if another scammer was using the number in the past. Most of the posts that have any information in them are from 2016
