Calls from this number getting frequent. I keep blocking it but for some reason it gets unblocked and I still receive their calls. ANNOYING!

I keep getting these phone calles while during school my professor gets mad i sit in front and he can hear the vibration ive blocked them several times

Blocked but tries to call every weekday.

Calls several times during the week and no message left. When called the number back no dial tone or ring!

Same here, also from Jacob Roth (or Robb).  I was at first alarmed before actually listening to the message because this guy was yelling on the voicemail and I had to play it back to understand what he was saying.  Same as described above he was demanding a return call from me or my attorney immediately and that its regarding a claim that was filed against me.  THEN, I received a string of voicemails from another guy saying his boss had left me a message and that a letter was mailed to me via UPS (no such received nor any legal related mail for that matter).  He asked that I verify my mailing address to ensure they have it right. EYEROLL.  I have checked the Superior Court case system and searched my name and there are no claims shown against me and I ran my credit report (all 3) today and same thing, no claims or liens.  It's so infuriating how these scumbags have no conscience on trying to inflict anxiety or distress on innocent victims.  I actually work in law enforcement and will be sure to get this looked into.

800-959-4319 (Jacob Roth left this as the call back #) When you call it back, it's an answering machine with no company name given and it tells you to leave your contact info.

(714)733-1258 The caller ID number Jacob Roth called from (although its easy to use a fake caller ID from out of the area)

(714) 790-3415  Follow up voicemail from another guy referencing Jacob Roth's calls
(714) 790-0490  Another number the 2nd guy uses

Excessive calls for a person I don't know. Some type of recovery company.
