said they were from my dealer warranty program, funny as my car is 1996 and hasnt had a warranty in years...SCAM   told them i was on the do not call list and I am reporting their number to the authorities  they hung up

UNKNOWN CALLER AND UNWANTED CALLER.....IRRITATES ME THEY KEEP CALLING

SCAM: called to verify my non-existant warantee and wanted more information from me. I am registered on the national "do-not-call-list" and this was an illegal call obviously. I see I am not the only one here with a complaint concerning the same number and call type. they seem to be gathering private info so they can steal your money or i.d..

I think I just [***] up... I got a call from this number, the guys said "hello, is this ms. ****?" I said "yes". He said "alright" then hung up. I don't usually answer calls from numbers I don't know, but I have put in a TON of job applications, so I thought it was from a job. I really hope this isn't one of those scam things just to get people to say "yes" for purchases under their name. :'(

They could not answer me what the warranty was for, they also said their not allowed to divulge an employer identification number and the supposed manager on duty could not even give me any info to prove they were a legitimate business. It is not a legitimate business, SCAMMERS BEWARE.

Something about a warranty and wanting someone who wasn't me. Asked if they could hear me and I screwed up and said yes then they hung up. SCAM DO NOT SAY  THE WORD "YES"!
