called said i owed money lawsuit had been taken out against me, then proceded to give me the number to call i called asked to speak to manager and what it was pertaining to the guy hung up i called back he hangs up again like come on now i hate to try and be scammed they need real damn jobs

Just got a call from this number stating I had a payday loan that I had not repaid from a us cash advance place and stated I would be drug out of my workplace tomorrow and arrested and in jail for up to six month if I did not make a payment of at least 425 dollars immediately over the phone. They would not give me the location of the place I actually got the loan at or the date so they hung up with a threat of hope you get out of jail soon.  JERKS!!!!!

I got a call stating that I owed 700+ from a payday loan and got threated. I was told that I was going to get shot.

And, of course, in the US, you don't get arrested, eveni f you DID owe them money.  Scammers, extortionists, thieves.

Shot????  Now that was a silly threat...if they shoot you, why, then you can't pay them the money they are trying to extort from you.  These idiots must be getting desperate.  $cr^# them.

Just received a call from this company after informing them I had contacted the Ohio Attorney Generals Office and reporting them under the fair debt collection act they have refused to speak to me and hang up I have also contacted an attorney on the matter

I just received a call from the same person claiming to be Scott Nicholson, senior attorney. He would not tell me the name of the company that was supposedly sueing me, and also would not tell me how he had my work #, which is not even known by some of my closest friends. I work for a company that only the home office number is known, not my direct line. And he had it. Also, he started shouting at me when I told him that I was not stupid, and was not going to pay him anything by prepaid credit card over the phone. He shouted that I could just come to the court house with the subpoena that would be delivered to my front door step the next day. He also insisted that I had been served with the summons 3 times by certified mail already, and should have taken care of this issue. I repeatedly told him that I was not aware of any such allegations, had no pending charges against me, and that if he could direct me to someone I could understand, I would be happy to speak to them regarding these preposterous lies. He shouted at me again and hung up. I called back only to have the same person answer. What a hoax. Someone needs to take care of this!

I got a call from this number from Keisha telling me to call her back. They then called my work number and I spoke to her and she said that a law suit had been filed and that I had three criminal charges filed against me. I asked her for a case number and what state it was in. (the state was california). She said I had been emailed about this lawsuit and that I had not responded. I told her I did not recieve the information and asked her to email it again. She said okay and hung up on me. I then called back and spoke to this Scott Nicholson, senior attorney and asked him what court the charges were filed in. He said they had not been filed but a pay day loan company was going to file them because I had taken one out an not paid it back. I told him I had not taken one out and he told me he would serve me and hung up. Scammers

Same thng everyone!! I had my lawyer check to see if i had charges. He said no and of course im not an idiot.  If i owe money i would b contacted by mail. Once i told.the guy.i will gladly b at the courth lo usr on the needed date with a federal agent and my lawyer and asked for the address. He hung up o bm me. And if i call it back, once i give them my name they hang up on me. Feel bad for people who fall for this

I got a call from the same attorney today first it was a woman than a middle eastern man stating that my wife would be arrested if she did not call in with her attorney. When asked what it was about they would not tell me. I guess these guys dont know how to google there own phone number lol.
I decided to google there number because the whole thing just sounded strange to me.

well the first number was 3473777684 that they called from i received a call from the 7147335617 number this morning. i am so tired of them calling my number im thinking about changing my number i will have to tell them that i too have a lawyer and federal agent waiting to meet them. the guy called me a stupid motherf ___  then because i called him an a__ he told me i will go to jail for 7 years for that . talk about nerve, calling me that and then tell me that i will go to jail. how can this be stopped

A week ago I applied for a payday loan with SONIC PAYDAY LOAN that was advertised on the local radio station...however after applying I started receiving all kinds of emails, phone calls from this number also the people have tried to take money from my checking account prior to me getting my direct deposit. I had to close my account due to them accessing my acct and was checking it every minute!  which caused my acct to go into the negative of 150.00....THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMING BE AWARE!
