A message from Delontay from Quest Diagnostics to call them back at 888-201-7655. He referenced my medical plan so I thought this was legit. I called back and left a message. Since then I've gotten several calls from blocked numbers. The last one was from this 714-733-7770 number which I identified as Quest. Be aware these people are scamming you.

this # called me with all my information for my medical plan her name is Brenda. Told me that the hotline was —> 866-330-4771. That my nurse was Kathleen hurr. Saying I have an appt going over my overall health & if I complete it I’ll get a 100$ visa gift card. I called quest diagnostics & they didn’t know what I was talking about. Be careful dont get scammed. When it sounds too good to be true. It is.
