Fraud, robocall for mortgage

Received a call from 213-566-8186 was told to call 715-987-1007. He said his name was Tim Davis, I believe my hearing isn't the best. He said "It’s been over a year since I talked to you last”, and he's "calling me back because things have died down". He wants me to call for a loan. I believe it's a mortgage scam. Something about 2%?. I've gotten this call about ten times in the last few months.

Reported this the last time it happened in July. Reporting again because number called from changed. All the same info as has been stated by everyone before me. But this time he called from +1 (562) 262-4522. Please please do not pick up this call. Not sure why this isn’t being addressed and stopped.

Same as all the reports, same message left. Call came on my landline via a spoofed number (424-252-8633), callback # was the 714-987-1007.

Received a call from 424-416-3758 saying to call back (Tim/Ken/Kim?) Davis at 714-987-1007.  I've never spoken with this person and it was a pre-recorded message.  My number is on the Do Not Call list.

Same thing happened to me they call you from 714-987-1007 it's a place with  high interest rates and it Kim Davis or they say Tim Davis

Same story as everyone else- recorded message to my landline with "Tim Davis"  claiming that he was following up (definitely not true, we have a local mortgage broker we love and would never refi without her advice or through anyone but her or our bank).
This 714 number was given for a callback but CID was 661-344-5283

“Hi guys it's Kim Davis just wanted to check in it's been over a year since I've reached out a lot happened obviously you told me to give you a call back when things calm down and I'll tell you what rates just dropped inside the twos fixed so it's a good time to lock give me a call my number is 714-987-1007 we're waving appraisals right now too so we're funding within weeks not months like the other guys taking lenders 3 to 6 months to even get ready to sign loan docs and by then you know it'll be higher than the rate you have right now so it makes no sense again it's 714-987-1007 and it's Kim I'll talk to you soon thanks…”

this caller is robofied, says we spoke before (BS) and interest is before 2% and it’s time to “jump” in ! he left a voice message ….this caller ID is from (408) area code yet his call back is (714) 987-1007 and to call back !!
calls once per week with a different spoofed number with the same voice message.

Months of cold recorded messages

How do you record a "cold" message and what does it look like when you replay it?  Does frost come out?  Do you need to turn up the heat in the house?

He called from 213-566-8228.  I didn't answer and he left voicemail.  I've never dealt with this company or him.  He was Mike Taylor last year.

It is annoying

The same as all the other commenters said; caller ID different than the Orange County number he says to call him back at. I wonder what happens if you call it. Nothing good I think. 🤔

Tom from LRP called me from this spoofed number 714-987-1007 that I qualified for a loan. Lowlife Scammers will be reported to the authorities.
