I have also received calls from them about an account with BofA.  I also received a letter from them.  I sent back a response indicating that I wish them to write me only--no calls.  I sent it registered.  The calls continue to come in.  I have sent them a second letter (also registered/ reiterating my wishes and stating that no calls will be received until they respond to my letters by mail.

I did take one call though.  Poor shlub was obviously reading from a script and I couldn't find it within me to yell at him.  I tol him in  no uncertain terms the amount requested is outside of my means.  Well I could either pay them or skip a rental payment and end up on the street.  Decisions...

They keep calling. I called back and asked what type of business it was and the guy was very rude and would not tell me. All he said was they discuss personal issues. Whatever that means.

Every single day at least 3 or 4 times a day.  I just reject the calls since I don't know the number.

Maybe you should have thought about your "choice" before spending beyond your means.   You are the people I, as a taxpayer, have to cover for.  Your "the amount requested is outside of my means" would be laughable if it weren't so disgusting.  YOU spent the money YOU owe it.  Man up and make arrangements to pay it off.

BofA are RIP-OFF artists and all they care about is getting money from us in ways that are so sly and cunning and out right deceitful.  So as far as I am concerned, BofA and any other so-called Banking Institution can kiss my a**!! To anyone who has been ripped off by these banks and their over 500 Million dollar a year apetites in over-draft fees, I applaud you for not paying jack to them.  They got their money already, via over draft fees.  They claim they want to help but we all know the truth, and yeah, we are grown adults with repsonsiblities and consequences but ultimately, wrong is wrong.  Why can't the banks REALLY work with people with financially challenged accounts and ways of dealing with their personal finances...if they really want to keep their customers, and I mean ALL their customers, not just the ones that are responsible and have the comfort of paying bills on time, then maybe I would re-consider all i have said in the above, but for now, as long as their are sharks in the water, I will be  on the Aircraft Carrier.

I have pushed option 3 numerous times and called back to tell them there is no Martha Trustee at this number.  They continue to call several times a day.

We returned from vacation to find several missed calls from this telephone #.   If they can't leave a MSG, we are not interested.
