Jason Riley left message saying he'd been trying to reach my brother and I was listed as the contact person.  I don't know how he legally obtained that information, including my cell #.  He didn't say why he was calling other than to cite a case #,

Read the  CFPD page, about harrassment by debt collectors. Here's how they say you can file a complaint. You can also sue the company. I am pursuing to sue. It is illegal what they are doing. The law prohibits debt collectors from making threats, call your family members, place of work of co workers. It's time we make a statement by hitting them where it hurts, their pockets. I'm filling bankruptcy, ever since I informed the company's they being harassing me and now calling my mom too. They took it too far.

If you believe a debt collector is harassing you, you can submit a complaint with the CFPB online or by calling (855) 411-CFPB (2372). You can also contact your state's attorney general .
