Called, said from Pier 1 & call was for Cleary, Amanda. Have gotten several different numbers calling for Cleary, Amanda!
Don't know who she is,but she is in lots of trouble if these calls are legit!

Ok, keep getting calls from a Nicholas Stern from 715-256-1634 then told me to call him back @ 855-546-9046 and then gave me a file #. Said there was a claim against me in his office that needed action and I needed to contact him before further action was taken with the courts system. REALLY??? Such a scam.,...they have called me 3 times in 2 days. The I also got a call from 866-568-3932 which that caller was from Pier One or Tier One... couldn't tell but they are calling me a work and are about to get seriously busted.
Also.. I just called this 716-256-1634 back and got a Mr. Schwartz.

Just wondering what ever became of these fake calls? Did you call them out or how did you go about exposing them and do they still call you? Please advise so I can take care of these idiots in a nice SOUTHERN WAY!

Got a call asking for my grandfather and 3 more calls in 2 days obviously a scam saying it was a legal matter no crimes were committed they just want money

Got a call f r om this number  (716) 256-1634,said her name was kelly  and I needed o call her back to deal with an important matter.
That it was attached to my n a m and social security.   I have never received  collection notice at all. She gives this number 18662436801 to call back it asks for a file number  which I dont have
So I haven't called back

Received my second call yesterday from this number. Saying her name was Kelly calling from Tier One and that I needed to call back a 844 number with the file number before it went any further. But the number she left doesn't come up any where online. You look up this Tier One company that number doesn't even come close to the number that got left. You can tell that she is reading off a paper when she calls. This Tier One company doesn't exist online but a Tier One Asset Management comes up. Tier One Asset Management,  I looked up the frequent asked questions on this website and it's not even in English. If it was a legitimate company wouldn't they use the same number or close to it? I have found people are being told to call different numbers back so far there are 6 different numbers. I'm confused. I would say scam!

(716) 256-1634 this is a total scam. They call from different types of numbers and give you an 855 to return the call I'm not falling for it

Just got a call from this number. Say that I owe money for an American Express credit line back in 2007. Never owned an American Express. Sounds like a scam to me.

Just wanted to add, they even called my ex and told her she was a reference. Haha.

Called me once to start. Said I owed money on an old payday loan which had been paid in full. I have the bank statements to prove. After calling my they called my children's mother. I then called them 15 times in a row. I believe I've made my point now with them and hope they stop calling. They are just a scam. They use old info sold around and hunt you down in hopes they'll scare you into paying. DO NOT PAY THEM. You can file a formal complaint through the US government via the fbi webpage.
