this is a bill collector

Bill Collector, makes it sound so serious.

The individual called my home and asked specifically for me.  Left a message with my husband and stated that he had already spoken to me a couple of times.  BS... I have never spoken to a David Mitchell nor have I received any kind of communications from East Point Group.  I know from looking up the company name that they are a debt collector.

Called me at my work number...used my name...said his name was David Mitchell....needed to talk with me regarding " the file " he has in his office to get "maybe my recommendation on it"...and if I could please call him back this afternoon."

I got a  call from this number, saying  he is Steve in regards to bill i owe. After explaining to me what the bill it was,  I advised him that bill was settled with another collection company, he then begin to ask me for how much and when. I told him , that was none of his business. He stated it was, and I went to say it again, he hung up. Be Careful of this call. I believe this is one of those who collect after buying a debit case.
