Bonnie Smith attempted to collect a debt for an unpaid loan.  She said she was from the checks division in my county.  This is a scam.  I have no unpaid debt and I have the documentation to prove it.

I'd suggest that you check your credit report on a regular basis to ensure that there is nothing on it that you've not taken out. MOST of the time these individuals take out the loans and when they are called post in here because they have been exposed for what they have done. Many people take out loans with the intention of never paying it back. All you need is proof that a loan was paid and most businesses are more than happy to provide a fax # to you so that they can help you clear your name.
