This is a scam beware. My caller ID says an
AZ number. The lady is tells me on the my
vm they are serving a subpoena to my place of work. I am unemployed!! I told them before when they called me from another # & the lady got all defensive  with me when I told her to give me her info & they had to talk to my lawer. She said I had to talk to her and she would not take no for an answer. So I ended up blocking the number.

This lady called me today with the same information. The number that came up was a Delaware number however the number she left was a United States  area code 716  that is used for the western corner of New York, including Buffalo, Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. Thanks for the information will be blocking this number also.

Thank you so much for this information. I received a called and it was from a 502-812-1421 number here in KY. The woman left the same message and the threat. She thren tells me to call her back @ 716-256-1806. That is when I saw your post on these jerks!  I will contact the FCC and the BBB here in KY. I am so tired of these people. Again thank you!

Just got a call from a local number, I don't answer numbers I don't know, listened to the voice mail a Mrs. Speaks demanded that I call her back in 72 hours. Her reasoning was so they can serve me from Fort Bend County (local) at home or at work and to call her back at the 716-256-1806. No, I wont be calling her back. Why could a local county use someone in New York to act as a service processor. I work for a lawyer and there are PLENTY of service processor just waiting to be handed the paper work. Sorry not buying it, find another schmuck.

They call themselves ARM.  This could stand for a lot of debt collection companies.   It means Accounts Receivables Management.  This company might be http://wnyarm.com/   Most likely another kitchen-table debt scamming operation located in a small town in New York, home of the debt scammers.  This group is spoofing a local number to make you think they are a local firm.  The process server scam is common.  How the devil is a New York process server going to travel round the country serving people in other states?   Are they going to file cases in every jurisdiction, hire a real process server and follow through?  No chance.  They just want money and they want it the quickest way possible, by adopting shake-down racket methods.  Ignore them.

Report them to the New York state attorney general.  

I received a telephone call today from an Eric Foster ( 716) 217-2771) advising me to contact him within 24 hours or have my attorney contact him because I will suffer the consequences if I do not.  He called me again today (11/04/2014) @ 1415 and stated he is an IRS agent who will bring charges against me.  I worked for the U.S. Federal Government for 27 years and I know fraud when I see or hear it. Does he realize he is impersonating a federal office which is a criminal offense? I do not owe the IRS any back taxes.  Please stop this unscrupulous individual from harassing people who have more on their plates than to answer his telephone calls.  He needs to be prosecuted.  I hope to see this happen.
