Another scammer saying there is a case going to court with my name and ss. I new it was a scam so I called back and told them to send the files to my address and then I would have my local authorities look over it..I heard a click as they hung up.  

SCAM!!! This is ridiculous! Called from this number said would give us 24hrs to respond to them (who is them?). That if not our information would be turned over to local courts to handle the case (what case?) Honestly people...if it were that serious.....notification on proper certified paperwork would have already been started. Another call this morning came in but from a different number stating similar statements, except they needed to verify our address (hummmm...you want to take me to court and are going to notify my job....but you don't know my address). I'm tired of these scammers. Why can't government or someone do something about them?

Same message, reporting her to FTC, attorney general...

Got a call saying there was a case against me and to call within 24 hours.  Funny thing is that they say it has to do with my county here in  Oregon but they leave an east coast phone number.  Total Scam!!

Same stating I owe money on an account that was paid three years ago.. company notified they say it's a scam..

First off if this was a fraud company did they ask you for a paid in full letter cuz if they did and wanted to take care of it for you chances are they arent and if you send in somethinh stating its paid off they will take you out of their system i have dealt with this company before and have no recieved any more phone calls

So you were satisfied with this so-called "company" and they don't even call you anymore, yet you were compelled to look up the number on a site like this so you could tell us that they are not frauds. I mean that YOU are not frauds.

Today a woman called firmly requesting to speak to my husband; her name she said was Tessa  and when i asked what it was in regards to  she said a matter of legal.litigation to collect a dept.I asked for the company she worked for and who are you collecting for she said oh its ; insight capital  collecting for owl and owl c , and the number  is 716 256  1812. well i did my own homework  i found we had never owed any money to this company and the phone number is a bogus number  out of Rochester New york.I then reported it to  attorney   generals office, then she called back  i told her i know who she is and she hung up.
