Got a call from an Alisa Lopez, stating she preparing a court supeona for my appearance in this matter, didn't say what it was for, didn't comment on anything else. But what she did reference was a Penal code of 83-253 whatever that means. Be careful of these people, as far as I know my rights as a consumer and you cannot leave a phone message on a mobile # stating "this is your last chance to give your testimony before this court action is taken against you".

Be careful and don't let them bully you!!

This is a payday loan debt collector using illegal tactics.  First they said that they were from the Bank of America fraud department so I contacted Bank of America.  BofA wanted the company's name and phone number because the debt collector misrepresented themselves as being BofA.  They will call whoever you are working for and tell them that there is a case against you - another lie.  They will call your relatives and tell them the same.  They will call you from local numbers but when you call that number back - you are blocked.  I have been trying to find out which payday loan company this is for a year as I have a settlement company working for me.  I will post that name once we figure out what company this is.  The woman's name is Elizabeth Fleming and that is all I know.  I am also filing a complaint with the State.

Just found out that the company is Cashline.  My debt settlement company has been trying to negotiate with them for a year.  I am filing a complaint as they have disclosed my debt to family members who I haven't spoken to and are not listed on the loan.  They have also informed my boss.  Highly illegal and I am filing a complaint against them.

Received calls from her as well. Left a message to stop calling my work. Requested official documentation substantiating her call. That is our right.

Could you please tell what settlement company you are working with.  I am being bombarded with calls from these ppl.

"Alyssa Fleming" left a voice message on my cell and work phone saying they needed to take a statement from me or my legal representative.  If I don't call back in 24 hours evidence would forwarded to my local court or something like that.  As an added touch they said the name of the county where  I currently reside.  Complete and utter BS.  I really wish there was a way to put a stop to these scams.

I got the same exact call from the same exact number. First the number was local but the call back number was the same. Same lady said I had complaints about checks and was going to go to court. Scared me until I read this blog
