I just got a call from a lady saying she was "Dana Walker with the Dept of State" looking for an old roommate who had used me as a reference due to something about charges against her that will be filed in our county.  When I questioned her further about what State she was a with she said  she was with what sounded like Pinto and Associates.   Im calling the state of New York to discuss this with them.   Shes trying to make it sound like shes with a State Government.

OMG My neighbor got the same call about my son!  I hope they get them.

My son got a call from the same Dana Walker from the "dept of State", I called this number back and it went straight to her voice mail...... yeah right, this person should not be trying to scare people. They should be honest as to who they're working.

716 261-2177 an old man, that sounds half dead and confused by modern technology, calling from a land-line, in buffalo ny? haha, of all places - asking for someone else, on my phone, not related to my mobile number - the corrupt old man gets confused easily, kept forgetting his lines/the script - kept lying that it is for a reference, for someome else, and that someone gave my phone number, an out of state number, for a certain person, from a certain person - both in another state both unrelated to my number - the old crook is also lying about working in legal/justice dept. - what a way to live your last days, scamming, lying and "trying" to scare people. losers. i have them blocked now.

I have been receiving calls to my employer and cell phone by a Dana Walker, Mr. Roma and now an older man stating I owe past due balances and they were all reporting me to the County by the end of the week if I do not pay off a balance owed from a debt in 2012. I have requested numerous of times for a copy of the contract and proof of what they have of me producing this debt. They have threatened stating they have all of my information and that they will not provide any contract or written documentation until I pay or come into an agreement by providing them my debt or checking acct. details.
As reading above, I am going to notify the Attorney General of NM as well as the State of NY. They are absolutely harassing and being dishonest. I want to let others know you are not alone in this battle of fraud. The older man today stated that all his computers are down or else he would be able to provide an accurate description of what I "supposedly owe" and how I could pay this debt; however, with their computers down he could not provide any information.
They have hung up on me several times and now computers are down, how much of a disappointment.
