Sounds like a telemarketer or collection firm. Very agressive

Received several calls from this number about a 'debt'.  The guy said his name is Travis.  This is fraud!! Do not provide any info.

Making threats about papers has been delivery to my home and now they are saying papers on file at Harrison County Courthouse.

If the "papers" were not delivered to you, then they were not delivered.
Make doubly sure by calling the clerk at the courthouse.

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

A person said his name was Mr Kensley called and said they had my social and needed me to contact them with a statement.
