There are all types of scams that are taking place. It is not uncommon for these telemaggoters as I have come to call them to use scare tactics to con people out of their money.

I received messages asking for me but looking for my daughter said his name was James Wiles and started spouting off DOB and other personal info about my daughter said she had 30 min to call or there was going to be legal issues, really mean, nasty and threatening.  I wrote the phone # down and called it and just listened it was the same crazy hillbilly yelling "oh your not gonna say anything huh???? Well I know your from nh and laughed a very creepy laugh I hung up. These people can't be for real!

i got a call from someone name james wiles. he called my mom to get ahold of me. so i called him and said that he was part of a collection agency. said something about a credit card back in 2007."i dont remember getting. he said it i dont pay 265 this month and another payment of 265 in january. if i dont he said he will be pressing charges. and said that he is sending it to the county i live in here in texas. he even new the county i lived in. is this a scam or what.

The most collection agency do not think. they work just like robot. If they think really hard they will approach differently. Most debtors run away from debts , they are already run away from their phone ( dropped their phone numbers)they do not sitting around twisting their fingers waiting for collection agency to call them. Most cell phone numbers has always been recycle after certain time . So people who is suffered the most are those people who has those recycle cell numbers from that criminals already run away.So please collection agency if you are reading this messages ,please think and think. Don't use the phone try to harass or threaten . They don't work
