Just recieved a call,  to call this #716-362-2806 back for my son and daughetrs from investgation stating its Urgent to get back to them today.

got message from these same people telling me that i was going to be served with a suit and lien put on my car if i didnt call them back. was very rude but could tell my supervisor what it was for. tried to call back early in morn just got answer machine . called harrasement at work and nasty phone messages from nicholes and grant some one name john haley. very rude.

Someone called my mother, threatening me through her, advising her to have me call this # back asap.

got a call that i supposedly owed bank of america 1500 bucks for bad checks writen from a  old account and that if its not stopped within 24 hrs a warrant is issued as a class mb misdermeanor felony. and that i could pay him now over the phone with a form of payment....i knew that was wrong called the bank and no balance owed and also called my local police dept and they said no such charges for courts would do that in this state, i called back he hung up the phone on me and goes to voicemail. he was rude and a pathetic excuse

Original call from  was from an unknown number. I returned the call and they threatened me with a uniformed officer and summons. I called the local PD and confirmed whether or not I was due a summons. They told me that a week prior, someone else had called about the same thing! I couldn't verify the firm online either.
