Caller with strong Indian accent reports I won several gifts with no obligations and it was not a time share offer.  Being a center for time share sales, my husband and I went for our appt. after all, planning to report them when we saw what the scam was.  We arrived and the first thing they asked was were we told that this was a time share visit.  We told them that we were told specifically that it was not.  The manager then visited with us and explained that they were trying out a third party calling arrangement and they were not happy with it at all.  She was very accommodating, did not try to make us go on the site visit, and had us write down our complaints, reporting the lies we were told.  Said she thought they were Pakistani and she would be telling her supervisor they needed to quit using this service.
