Called said something about a file # and that I had til 7 pm to call back. Then stated something about legal action. No clue what company they were from, did say name was John. If it is a legit debit they did not say for who or what company. Said no point in getting an attorney... Honestly you can tell it's a scam when they call 4 hrs before the close of business and haven't called any other time.

called said name was John and gave case number , said was legal action against my son if he did not call back today. I called the number back and just answers the phone as John. I asked for company name and he refused , just kept asking what file I was calling about. Told him goodbye and hung up.

after some heated discussion, guy finally gave company name as Element Global Services, they are a debt collection agency. They are the most unprofessional bunch of people you would ever want to talk to. Perhaps they should try calling and saying Hi this John from Global Element Services and I have a debt that has been placed with my company we need to try to get resolved instead of this is John and you have until the end of the day to call me or I am filing legal action against you.
