This num called my phone and was associated to 866-397-1612 Merc Sloan called and left a message at an unrelated neighbors phone for me std the police and lee co court system would be receiving a complaint and I needed to call immediately. This really bothered me so I checked the net and found out that I may be a target for fraud related to these 2 numbers

We received the same phone call.  An Investigator Marciano called and left a message stating my sister (who hasnt lived in this house for 8 years) stating she had 72 hours to call otherwise they would file a complaint with the authorities, blah blah blah.  I called back to give them a piece of my mind but all i got was an answering machine. The company is called WCS out of Buffalo, NY.
