Guy called left a message slurred where he was from. Stayed he has sent certified documentation with no response. He is proceeding further action against me. I have never received any certified mail.

I just got the same call saying they were going to send this information to collect the debt to court to further pursue action!

Got voicemail slurred voice and saying he sent documents, representing medical county. He got my name and sss number. For sure its scam.

Got a call from same number . Said his name is Mike Pritt with the office of ARS. Said he was looking for .... and that his office was retained in reference a formal complaint filed under .... with name and social security number.  Said he made several attempts to contact...send documentation to address .... but since no response. Said that unfortunately his client has made the decision to go through the verification process. Said that they would be verifying assets and property under name ... and will contact employers to verify employment. Said that if we or our attorney has any questions to contact him at 716-362-9662 Ext 107

Same situation - called and slurred his name and the name of company he 'represents.'  claims sent certified mail (did not receive); said he was going to assess my property and contact my employer.

same call and same message! 9/23/19

Same script.

Same guy, same exact message left on my husbands cell and my mother's landline, but no calls to my own number.  Has anyone actually called back and spoken to him?

I just received the same exact message. Funny how so many of us are going to have court proceedings against us and our assets and employment verified. I have never received any documentation, so these calls are definitely scam or fraudulent.

My wife got the same message. They thought it was my number. The same line was used.

WOW..scammers are on the prowl these days big time! I received this same call and voicemail message. They called my husband as well and used the same line stating that they were attempting to get in contact with me regarding a legal matter associated with my name and social security number.

Received a call from this number stating that they were following up and moving forward with court process with financial matters associated with my name and social security number. My husband received the same message stating that they would be contacting his place of employment to verify status for him, but the claim was in reference to me.

I recieved that same message from Mike Pitt calling from this number

received same voice mail and also called my sisters work told her I had compliant against me

received a call from mike freeman at this number...as did my wife, an hour later.  same script as all of the above posts.  legal action, verify employer, blah blah blah.

Same voicemail that everybody else received exactly, just with my name inserted. Left on my Aunt ( non-biological and hasn't been married to my uncle for well over a decade. If he is legit, he's about to get sued.

That should have read, "Left on my Aunt's voicemail.
