This number called everyone I know about a pending suit and when I returned their call Kate Hall answers wouldn’t give me details. Said I was married to an unknown person, wouldn’t give me the company name and said she used a data base with my social to retrieve my information.

Received a call asking for information on my daughter , claiming that they had a claims hold on her and we’re going forward with proceedings without speaking to her , first of all my daughter is an adult and they should not be giving any information out on her at all and didn’t even get her last name correct !!!

Called my former employer and left message that I probably was not aware of an issue to call back 716-427-5600 and ask for Kate Hall. They also called my husband identified their self as Kate Hall and said it was about a legal issue with our son but would not give him any information.

This number called myself and my wife claiming we owed someone $1000 or some such. It's clearly a scam. Don't give them any of your information.

"Kate Hall"  called from 716-427-5600 stating I was a listed contact for my EX-husband. Stated they were trying to reach him regarding a claim (#553-833) that he was likely not aware of and asked me to  all back as soon as I could.
My ex and I still communicate so I called and informed him of this and he said he'd been getting calls from similar numbers.

Got a call from this number. Did not answer and had a voicemail stating it was a kate hall and i had a claim. I never called back and then my mother started getting calls from same number saying they had a claim for me. This is definitely a scam.

Got the same call about my daughter. She’s 35 years old, CALL HER!! Kate Hall again!

Kate Hall Called said she from legal department, from Eastpoint Recovery Group,  this person and company needs to report her.  Fraud 716-427-5600 from buffalo ny , shame,  this woman told me I was going to lose my home and be in litigation,  total fraud!  Report !!

Kate Hall from Buffalo Ny she is a rude woman,  scam!  She said she was with legal department and sending legal papers.   Do not give this woman your money !  Fraud !

Received a call from 716-427-5600 Kate Hall with the legal department from Eastpoint Recovery group claiming I will have a law suite and a claim number for a loan O took out  , this is a scam,  this woman called all my family members.  Under fair practice laws she needs to be reported!  Scam

Got a call from Legal Department a month ago from Kate Hall  , now my Step Mother got a call at her work from a Kate Hall about my PayPal account,  She is calling my family over PayPal account , scam

I got the same call as everyone on here did . Kate hall said the exact same thing as posts on here. But I also received a letter from eastpoint a couple of days Ago.. what I am wondering is if anyone else also received a letter or any other calls from eastpoint or from Kate hall & if anything else happened after this call? I’m truly hoping this really is a scam...

I just got this same call and a letter today! From what everyone on here is saying it seems like a huge scam.

A person called Kate Hall left a message with myself and my husband, but she used my maiden name, giving no details about the matter. She said she had mailed info to me on this matter but purposely slurred her “client’s” name. Glad I researched this number—716-427-0808–and know it’s a scam!

Called my job saying that I have a claim against myself didn’t even call my cell

Received a call from Kate Hall in Buffalo New York , Eastpoint Recovery Group ,  saying I owed money on a fake PayPal account, she answered phone legal department, called my ex husband and daughter! I  googled her name she not a lawyer, a bill collector,  BBB has reports and lawsuits against her! Scam Reported
