Just received a call from this number stating they were trying to reach me from preventing garnishment of wages. Hmm. I have no unpaid debts that would allow garnishment under United States or Texas Law. Such a scam. Beware of such illegal threats from this number.

I have been getting phone calls from them for over a month now. They have been threatening me with the same thing. I'm not falling for it.

Don't fall for their BS threats.  This is a newish collections threat - immediate imprisonment, immediate garnishment, immediate possession of your personal property.  Cheese dicks.  
Just a collections agent using an old US Supreme Court holding that a collector may say whatever they want to get you to pay them money.  F'em.
