First of all, the call you got was a SCAM! Second of all, I'm fairly certain that the scammers themselves post here to throw people off when they start googling the phone numbers. Matters like this are done in writing, not via phone calls from fake companies that use intimdation tactics to get your money!! Call your back to look into bad checks don't take someones word for it.  Also, educate yourslef on the law and statute of limitations.  These people are scammers...!ottom of the barrel losers with no ethical character to speak of. Ignore the calls and reprt them to the attorney general like so many othere people have.  They are already being investigated..- would know :)

Whenever you receive these SCAM calls have them call the state attorney generals office so they can be teaced and investigated.  Also, complete the downlaoadable conplaint forms as each one received will get the authorirties closer to shutting them down and placing charging against each and every person making the calls.  They are losers and liars and should be treated as such.

There is no such thing as "check fraud investigations unit!" ..,ot even with a law firm...especially a fake one!!  Your bank will notify you of a bad check.  The person you wrote the check to will notify you.  From there, it will be sent to a legit company for collection. You will receive something in writing which will include check number, amount, date written, who you wrote it out to.  No random phone calls are made for things like this.  These people are scammers, liars, losers and scum..;ust ignore the calls and report it to the attorney generals office.

These scam/scum artists come on here and post things to throw people off! They call you and claim that you or a family member have written bad checks, own on an unpaid loan or credit card. Do not give them any information about yourself! If they were legit they would have this....and they would have an actual address but they don't because they are running an illegal operation where they intimidate you into paying a debt that most likely you don't owe. Who gets the money you send? They do!
They are stupid people as well because I've outsmarted them on numerous occasions and have the Attorney General on their tails. Don't speak with these morons...simply hang up the phone, call the police and report the number to the Attorney General.

apparently you must have the same name as me.... Actually we do have proof of bad checks written. So on that note , who is the scam and scum artist. people like you who hide behind fake names, call my office number from a blocked line 20 times a day. You must be the crazy from Delaware @ the 302 area code that does not take her meds.... Peopke who write on this page are people who will do whatever they need to to NOT pay there bill.. I am here to say if you owe the money. I will work with you to rectify it in a manor best fir for you! We do own the debt, we will help you resolve it... Listen to people like this and it only get bigger and gets you in court eventually!

Report these scam artists to the attorney general. Do not give them any information.
