Delray Capital collections leaves illegal messages with personal information even it the claims are false.  Also use 844-717-0195.  They were trying to collect on a loan that was paid and didn't do any further investigation to see if what they were collecting was valid or even legal.  Report them to the AG and the CFPB.  This company may also be posing as Searay Capital.  They are both out of NY.  Delray company was also not licensed to do business in my state if they really are a real agency.

A man called stating he wanted to speak with me. Gave a file # and wants to speak with me or my attorney about a returned check from my bank. I keep googling this number and business to find out if they r legit

This company does not follow the letter of the law when it comes to collection practices. I've already faxed a cease and desist letter to SeaRay Services. So now they're leaving messages from Delray Capital which I'm sure is the same company. I will update my complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to include Delray Capital. They've contacted acquaintances of mine from other states for whom I haven't spoken to in over 15 years claiming some pending legal issues. This company will be held accountable at some point.  

Called and left a message telling me that they were from DelRay Capital and named another person, and indicated that that person, or their legal representative needs to contact them immediately to resolve a rejected payment issue. Called number back and got a woman who asked did "Someone visit my location, or just call me", took no information from me, after I told them I have no idea who they are asking for or why they are calling me, and she said they would "remove my number from their claim" then she hung up. I immeaditly got a call from number (844) 717-0195 asking to speak to Cam... she said "is this cam?" "can i speak to cam?", I gave no information but told her that i was simply not the person she was looking for. Turns out both numbers are listed to DelRay Capital.... total scam, tell them to F-off, and report them immeaditly.  

This company called me. I know they were lying, asking me of a person I don't know and said they put my name and number down on his document when I didn't have the number that they are calling me on. New number rep got crazy. I terminated the phone call. Said he lived in Brandon, Florida. Never live there, never been there. Told him to take my number off his list. #FloridaGirl Don't play with me. I'm a collector, so when calling please know who you are calling.

I answered the phone and no one said anything. I believe they were using GPS to isolate my location to have someone in the area call me. Just an assumption on my part.

I just received a call from them, Delray Capital, left a claim #,  at my office leaving all sorts of personal information on it!  How can i get them to stop, especially if I never had anything with that company?  It's becoming so annoying, especially, if I'm not at work and someone else takes the messages off the phone!!  

This is my second call I have received from this number telling me I am not compliant and I will be reported for being non compliant. I try to call their numbers and I can't get through to a real person to have my number refused I have left several messages telling them to remove me but they still call I have no idea why or what it is for as I don't have anything in collections

this company called me under phone number 716-748-8625 and stated that he was needing to speak to me, about a payday loan, and indicating that they will be pressing charegs on me, and I have googled them and and found out that they are under investigation and will need to report them to the police, regarding this company, Delray Capital collections.

Left a message stating "you" are non compliant and since "you or your representative" have not contacted they will not be able to negotiate a settlement.  That "you" must call 844-723-7300 to .. ..  and then the message stopped.  There is no one with the name of "you" living here and no legitimate business would leave such an open ended message on a phone without determining the name of the person on the other end of the line.  When I did try to call the 844-723-7300 number from my blocked cell phone the message was "the cellular customer you are trying to reach is unavailable.  Please try your call again later."  
Again this is a scam.

Left an ominous sounding message with an 800 number to call ASAP or else bad things are gonna happen soon. They didn't leave a business name.  I won't call back but I have a couple bored teenagers who can call over and over and over.
