- BrooksGot a call from this number, threatened I would be arrested for back taxes. Contacted the local FBI and reported this and they claimed it was a scam and would investigate it. The IRS does not make phone calls, let alone pick up the phone. And there is no one named Bruce Wayne from the middle east, except batman.
