- TracyJust received a call from 716-817-2842. Demanding debt be paid, asked for something to be sent by USPS for verification. Justin got extremely upset stating they had already sent me a letter. Told me that I didn't understand the laws and that this was pre-legal. Stated he was attorney. I called him out that he was a collector only and I knew my rights. I don't pay debt that I am unaware of.

- UnixmanIf Admin Recovery calls you at work, just tell them you are not allowed personal calls per company policy. Once you tell them this, they are legally bound not to call you at work anymore. Also always ask for proof of debt which means they have to send you the paperwork on the debt they say you owe.
Also, Always try to get their mailing address so you can send the cease and desist letter if necessary.- Caller: Admin Recovery

- VIKPIMAI rec'd a call on my cell number. The name was Kevin Rice or Brice from Admin recovery. Saying that I had cancelled a agreement and have a bad check from the name of my bank in their office.
They are scammers because the info that they DISCLOSE, YOU CANNOT SAY THAT ON A VOICE MAIL..
If you had any cash advances back in the day and never were paid and or were paid, they are just calling from that.- Caller: ADMIN LLC

- steven replies to YeahIsayBCshouldbefinedFunny i get the same call by steffeny rebellion, her phone # is 1 855 771 0152, 3 calls already the morning.
- SethJust your typical bully debt collector. In my case I borrowed money for furniture from a company called Re-Novate. I paid for quite a while on the furniture. (Actually paid more than the furniture costs due to interest). After falling on hard times I simply quit paying. Re-Novate gave up on collecting the debt and sold it to these idiots.
The first time they called me I told them I wasn't paying. They said they would have to re-posses the furniture (they can't). I told them to check the landfill because the furniture was trashed a long time ago. Then their tone changed to "Do you have a friend who could loan you the money" Do you have anything you could pawn" blah blah blah. I told them I'm not paying and I still haven't. They've left a few voicemails threatening to sue which I've recorded and sent to the FTC in a complaint.
They've also threatened to sue which I begged them to do. They refuse to sue me which really sucks. If they decide to sue they need to show up to court with a notice of assignment of the debt which they won't be able to. They have no proof I actually owe them anything. Even if they can provide the notice of assignment and they win they'd still have to garnish my wages. At that point I will just show the judge my assets and income. They will never collect a penny of any judgment which is the reason they won't waste time and effort suing.
If these people are harassing you just ignore them. They aren't going to sue you. They bought your debt from another company for pennies on the dollar. Almost anything they collect is profit for them. They'd be happy to settle your debt for way less than you owe. Or if you are like me, just pay them nothing. They can't/won't do anything about it and the debt will drop off your credit in 7 years anyways.- Caller: Admin Recovery

- UnbotheredDon't even bother answering your phones. I learned a long time ago to ignore calls I don' t recognize the number. Most likely, they are scams or debt collectors and since I do not owe anything to anybody, I simply don't answer. Just keep track of your Credit file. You will find if somerhing is wrong with it. Let the fools keep calling. Find out who gets tired first, they calling or you not answering. If there is a lawsuit against you, it must be in writing, not with a phone call.
- HalesScum bags. Total scam. I almost fell for guys like these ones. Don't do it. Do not. Call the ftc.
