    Got a call re: a former tenant from Sylvia.  "It is a matter of some urgency.  I can help her with the investigation if I will return her call."  Very vague.  No identification given and if law enforcement "investigating" someone, they certainly would have identified themselves as such.  I do not subscribe to ANY of the social medias but I received the same person and same message on two of my phone numbers.  I agree with former post...probably a skip tracer, collection agent.  Let her do her own dirty work and stop annoying people.

    Zach underwood wanted me to return his call. Wanted to discuss the amounts that we had discussed this morning? Have not ever talked to the man. Sounds like a scam to me. Different ways to try and get their victims to call back so they can try and get your money. Don't fall for it.  They will try and say anything
