Phil Long automotive  lead generation.  Went to Kelly Blue Book to check out current appraisal of vehicle to sell and this number keeps coming up and the voicemail is from Phil Long dealerships to sell or trade my vehicle to them

I have been to that site dozens of times and have never, ever received a phone call.  I'm guessing that you entered your information to get the result?

Yes, I asked for the value of my vehicle on Kelly Blue book and have been swamped with a bunch of dealers asking me to trade my vehicle and assuming I am in the market to buy.  KBB will not let me unselect the trade option on their website and in order to get the number, they tell me to enter my information.  If you have another way to see your cars worth without getting a swarm of calls and emails, please let me know.

I have just gone to that site and put all the information in.  It never asked me for a phone number, only a zip code.  I don't know why you think that you had to put in your phone number.  I choose the option to input my vehicle description and not the license # or the Vin # which might enable them to get your number.  I went through the whole thing and at the end I got prices for trade, private party, and donation.  I also did not put my email in which is marked "optional".

I put in my VIN- a huge mistake.  Ugh- lesson learned.  Never again.
