- Accounting Gal| 2 repliesTypical telemarketer who doesn't take a hint when they are repeatedly sent to voicemail. They are deceptive in their tactics. The first voicemail said they were interested in talking about setting us up with a bill pay system (theirs), but the second said they were calling about upcoming payments.

- kittyBillgo saying they are wanting invoices to help customers pay by credit card. I asked what customers, they said oh the bank has their names we work fore the banks. I said our customers have our info . They said customers want to pay by credit card and they need invoices for the banks to make it easier to pay bills. He probably thinks because i'm just a receptionist that i know nothing but I know the game. I'm quite older than he is and when you can't answer questions and it's BillGo regarding payments, it's a telemarketer. I've had enough of the trying to sell us a credit card crap machines. I refuse to pass it to voicemail. Caller comes up Fairplay CO.

- Anonymous"Malcom" keeps calling from a number registered to Charles N... He only leaves a vague message about sending a payment to us for his client. We don't accept this form of payment.
- Caller: Malcom from No company mentioned
- LGPA guy from 'BillGo' claiming his company can takes checks issued to our company from a customer and turn them into bill pay cards. He mentioned a specific amount of a transaction we supposedly had recently but wouldn't tell me who the customer was however advised his company works with 1000s of banks and couldn't divulge the customer name. I stated that if the transaction was ours he should be able to. He stated he receives "remittance reports" and this is how he knows to contact the receiver of the funds. WHAT A JERK!!!!! HANG UP ON THEM IF THEY CALL.

- JDLSame basic thing, we have credit card payments for you, do you charge fees...blah blah.
I will not do business with BillGo, this is pretty obviously some phishing or work around scheme to get you to take credit cards or something.- Caller: Fairplay Co on behalf of billgo
- Call type: Telemarketer
- CAWMalcom from Billgo called asking if we charged a fee for credit card payments, said he had a few of our customers that were wanting to make payment $1700 and a few smaller amounts. We have Nvoicepay and Paymode X so I didn't think much of it at the time. Would not say who the customers were. Was very pushy about setting up the login even though I told him I did not have the time right now. He said he would email me his info but he has not. Just hang up on them.

- Amanda A"Malcom" called and said we had "4 pending payments" trying to come through and that he needed my bank information. I questioned which of my clients has requested this payment format and he said that was confidential and not how it works. So I asked well how does it work, in which he said my customer tells their bank to pay me via bank to bank and then the bank calls the other bank who then calls me which he said was him, I said well "my customer" would still have to inform me that this is how they would like to pay me, and then he said " There are 4 payments totaling $1,682.00", I said ok so send them through, because normally this works when my customer requests to pay me via the automatic bank deposit in which I then fill out paper work and like magic the money appears. Never has any "bank institution" called me like this. DO NOT FALL FOR HIS CRAP!!! THIS IS A SCAM, NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR INFORMATION !!! He also asked to verify my address, he read it to me and I did not confirm as that is another tactic of scamming, NEVER ANSWER YES TO ANYTHING, THEY WILL USE YOUR VOICE COMMAND OF YES TO OPEN ACCOUNTS and DESTROY YOU.

- HardworkingThis scammer calls and leaves messages if you don't pick up. I got this message, "Hi this is Connor with BillGo. I'm reaching out regarding some payments. We are a bill payment company. Just sending over some payments from your client, so please call me back at 719-838-6387".
Clue #1: First of all, I don't have clients who pay me anything. I called them back and someone transferred me to this person who calls himself, "Connor". Clue #2: Connor asked for my email address so that he can email me information so that I can then log into their website an enter my contact information and bank information" Clue #3: I asked this guy called Connor who the payments were from and he said that he didn't know. They sound “ligit” so don’t be fooled by this scam. And they claim their website is billgo.com- Caller: BillGo.com
