Called home phone.  Left no message.  Caller ID says "Aurora CO".

Calling the number back gave an automated recording alleging they were associated with "Veterans Now" fundraising.  And you can press 1 to be taken off their call list (allow 30 days) if you believe they are legit (and not just harvesting phone numbers).  No information about any way to verify their legitimacy.

This number called my home phone and left no message.  If they want a response, they need to leave a message.

Caller ID says "QVD" which is a telemarketer signature - I think it is associated with the company telemarketers use - Quality Voice & Data - for various telemarketing products like getting numbers with local area codes even if the telemarketer doing the call is not local.  Any company too lazy to set a proper caller id description (or too deceitful) should be blocked (or at least certainly not answered).

The man just started talking non-stop and I tried to interrupt to tell him we were not interested and to take us off his list.  He finally paused long enough for me to tell him he was rude and then I hung up.
