This is the 109th number used by Comenity Bank. They have called 454 times since 3/28/19.  Some of their numbers have complaints from 12 years ago and for different finance firms.  They issue private label credit cards for companies such as Victoria's Secret, Abercrombie, The Limited, et.al.  (a 3 page list was posted for 614-212-5291 by Tori on 6/4/2014).  We don't have any delinquent debts, have not had any credit cards cancelled, have not received any collection letters, and have not been sued .  Other websites indicate this number is a robocaller.

Comenity Bank under numerous phone numbers.  I was called 17 times by them in one day, using different numbers. I think that is a tad extreme and is harassment. Especially for a total balance of my Overstock card of $47.00.  You're really going to call me 17 times in one day to collect $47?

Called 5 times yesterday.  I checked and yeah, we had a balance due of 47 to Maurice's.  So I paid it.  What irritates me if that when i logged in to our account it had a red banner at the top of the page that said we're overdue.  But going down the page it gave me the option to pay today (8-19), or by the due date of 8-28?
And now they're calling again at 8:30 today.

Can confirm it's comenity.  I have a dental card. They will call you from 100 different numbers if you're a day late. Some of them just say "please hold we have a call for you".

They called me twice from this same number and again early this morning. It is Comenity Bank for sure. There's no need to call me over and over especially when the due date is not til next month. And to say my account is past due is crap. The fact no email reminder has been sent for supposed past due amount is shady. 115 dollars and I have sent them the payment as well. Don't continue calling me when you have the payment. Harassing me needlessly is not going to get you the money any faster.

The numerous times calling at any time of the day or not is aggravating

They call (Comenity) several times a day and leave text messages as well.  I am not late on any payments.  The online bill says it is not due until the 12th (9-12-22).  I wonder if their phone system got hijacked or cloned.

More than likely a scammer spoofing the number. Spoofing merely puts a false Caller ID and doesn't affect the phone system nor does the assignee know their number is being spoofed unless someone tells them.

I was called  10 times in a row in 20-30 min intervals in one day.

This number calls me at least 10 times a day even though I told them I was involved
with abnanjoa bankruptcy.

Never heard of that kind of bankruptcy and I would guess that they haven't either.  You should be letting your attorney handle this since that is what you are paying him/her for.
