Calls everyday. Interrupts work. Don't know what they are calling about

This number is from Comenity Bank who issues cards from Victoria Secret, Overstock, HSN, etc. If you don't have an account with them they are very good about removing your number from their system.

Called a senior relative acting like they are talking to another relative. It is collections for some online store. Only one we know with credit is younger relatives ex. They should not be calling threatening and trying to scare a senior citizen with health problems. This call was pure harassment!

As was previously reported, this is Comenity Bank which issues branded credit cards.  If they are calling because you have one of their cards and owe them money, they you need to pay it or make arrangements to pay it to stop the calls.  If you don't have one of their cards, then you need to send them a certified, return receipt "not me" letter.  Their address is easily found on the internet provided you spell it correctly.

Called my employer.  Want me to lose my job?

This number called my work line how they got that number beyond me, and left a msg stating to have legal representation contact them at a different number. I called back they could not pull up any information on me with my name or number and this number has been the same since I was 12. They need to cut it out and stop harassing people.

Comenity Bank, calling for some guy, been telling them I am not him and to not call anymore, of course they still do.

comenity bank called on Sunday 9/2/2018 at 11:10am.  This is in violation of the Federal Debt Collection Act.  Cannot contact on Sunday.   Also, continues to call for someone not at this address

This call is from Comenity Bank. They leave a message, but the name is incorrect and I do not have a credit card with them. Called back, person was very pleasant and said they would remove my number. We’ll see what happens.

Called at 855 PM.. I have to get up for work at 2 AM! These [***] don’t care who they call right or wrong.

Received a threatening call from this number. They are calling from a Colorado number, Calling to harass about a credit card I never opened (Forever21, a store I have used once, over 2 years ago, and a balance due of over $1000 for a card supposedly opened 5 months ago) .  The call back number given is 855-334-4197 and a different extension number than previous calls received.  .  Received a call from Ohio several weeks ago, and answered it without looking at the number.  I told the caller I did not open a card with Forever21.  Since then I receive a call from various numbers several times a week saying the call has been documented as effort to reach me, telling me there are numerous ways to clear up the accounts, insisting either me or my attorney call back today.  Each call gets more threatening.

Caller id says "Comenity Bank 720-456-3686". Comenity Bank has called at least 60 times in the past 13 days using more than 10 different telephone numbers. Sometimes they leave a voice mail message. Sometimes no voice mail message.

They called, knew my name and said (my sister's name) has me as a reference, would I pass on a message to her please.   I told them please remove me from their lists... it HAS to be illegal to call me about other people's credit problems.  Seriously. I'm so angry.

They are asking for Thomasina Minder.

This is the 26th number used by Comenity Bank.  They never leave a message.  We don't have any delinquent debts, have not received any collection letters, and have not been sued.

Calls all day long, from about 10 different numbers.  I've blocked every single number.  They never leave a message and I owe nobody anything.  I'm reporting them! Over these robo calls!

Voicemail was from real person, not a robocaller, from Community Bank looking for someone with my same last name, but a first name I don't recognize about a Pottery Barn debt. The callback number was 855-334-4197 Ext. 1276361. She tried to express urgency that she needed to speak to that person today to resolve the matter. She had a friendly voice, which can be effective compared to the aggressive callers. Never answer an unrecognized number because it validates that your number is real. Always let it go to voicemail, then block the number if it's spam.

The first step to solving problems is to get the facts straight.  This is not "Community Bank".  The second part is to read and learn.  Had you followed the second part you would have known the name of the bank.  You could have then looked that bank up, gotten their address, and sent them a certified, return receipt "not me" letter.
