They call back to back two and three times a day and never leave a message.

I get 3 to 4 calls a day 6 days a week and they do not leave a message

They call all the time! Very inconvenient during meetings, never leave a message

They call every hour starting at 8am.  Sometimes I get calls after 9pm.  They never leave a message.  It's obnoxious.  I had to block the number.  

Said a complaint has been filed against me. If this is community bank they are using improper tactics to collect a debt. Plus the card is not in my name so they will not talk to me

This is Comenity Bank. They handle the Roaman's, Onestopplus,  Jessica London brands, etc.

And they call from 730 AM EST through 9:30 PM EST; even sundays.

They start doing this after you've missed 2 payments.

Today is July 4th and I have gotten 4 calls from 303 255 5352 and 720 456 3689.  I thought it was illegal for collection agencies to call on a national holiday?

no its not they can call 7 days  week between 8am to 9pm  when i was behind and they called me on a holiday i would ask who calling and the name of the company then i would say oh im sorry i dont do business on holidays weekends and after 7pm please call me on a business day before 7pm thank you and hang up just be nice it drives them crazy and if theuy call rigjht back again ask whos calling and make sure they say his name again and the companys name and then say again i m sorry i dont do business on a holiday ort weekend etc etc. ..sometimes i wouldnt hang up i would put the mute button on and hear them talk about me  its always funny even when they curese you out thinking your not on line

this number is blocked,continue to call several times a day.

I get calls from 8 am to 9 pm and all weekends even sundays

Leave a message then I get calls from all other phone numbers to like hey are you going to answer this 303 phone number right after another its ridiculous everyone struggles give people a damn break

Unknown reason for calling.  I do not answer calls from anyone with any unknown number listed in my personal phone book.
