You may have to "bite the bullet" and talk to them.  If it's about money owed they might be prohibited from leaving a message.  But be safe.  If you have business with this bank call back from the number on your card or from their verified listing.  Numbers can be spoofed and legitimate companies are not immune.  Stay safe out there.  :-)

calls numerous times daily

Constant harassing phone calls from this number. I have it blocked, so it doesn't come through,. I see it on my blocked list. The amount of daily calls is unconscionable, starting early morning until night. I paid the bill, but evidently this call continues over a $35 late fee we disagree on. It will now be a cold day in hell before I pay that fee.
