This is Comenity Bank, if you have a credit card from Roamans, Monroe & Main , etc. and are past due would be the reason for the call.

I receive numerous and blocked calls, day and night, from this number by the same collector. I have already informed them to stop harassing, and yet I still keep receiving calls from them. What should I do? Don't know what else to do, but block the number.

fist call today, left message. I called back, had computer prompts for numerous merchants, none of which I have a credit card with. Spoke to a person who wanted me to " very my account" by giving them  my name, address,the last 4 of my social, and birthdate. When I refused to give them social and birthdate I was told they would not be able to talk to me. I then told them not to call  me then because I had no credit cards with ANY of the merchants they represented.

Screened by Google Assistant. No VM.

They called 16 times yesterday using blocked numbers, would not tell me who they are so I told them to stop calling me.
