Well, no, Comenity Bank isn't a scammer but scammers frequently spoof their numbers and claim to be them.

Major problem with your post, which seems to be the same as the other one you made at https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-614-729-9045.  You stated that you did not answer the call and that no message was left.  You did not know the number.  Yet you claim that you somehow magically know that it is this bank?  Hmm, so does that mean you are trying to stick them for payments on a credit card they issued?  Seems like a Freudian Slip if you ask me.  In any case, I am also reporting this post like I reported the last post.
