This number called me saying they were part of “alpha” and then asked for my date of birth. When I asked why they were calling me he yelled at me saying I have a case with them and to confirm my date of birth.

They have called me a couple of times but won't tell me why.  I called them back and they could verify that my phone number and name matched information in their system. I asked why they were calling and they said it was a a private matter. I told them to send me a letter because this circular logic was not going to work.
