Received a call from "Courtney" at 10:43 am. "Courtney" informed me that she was calling on behalf of "Emerge 180 Corporate Debt Settlement". She requested to speak with the "owner" re: pending civil litigation our company is involved with. After pressing "Courtney" for additional information, she informed me she had the "court papers" in front of her. I pressed "Courtney" for further information re: said court papers. However, "Courtney" could not answer any of my questions, quickly became flustered, then became angered, then ended the call. I called "Courtney" back, and pressed her for further information re: her company and their intentions. This only escalated "Courtney's"  frustration. "Courtney" then claimed to be "licensed" in all of the US & Canada". I then pressed "Courtney" for her NJ state licensing #, to which she could not or would not answer. As her blatant lies were so obviously coming to light, "Courtney" became very defensive, but continued to claim her licensing. After further refusal to provide the requested information, I terminated the call. *******SCAM*******

Telemarketer, dont let them trick you

Courtney has called our business several times the caller id shows Emerge 180.  She calls wanting to speak to the business owner about a business settlement.  She tries to be persistent.  Just hang up on her,  This is fraud!

Some woman named Courtney called asking to talk to the business owner. When I asked her for further details she said she was calling about a lawsuit that we were involved with. I told her we had an attorney who was dealing with it, and she said that she would make a call to the litigants to settle the debt for pennies on the dollar. I told her the lawsuit isn't about money and then I hung up it is a scam

very rude and she got upset when i said that none of my managers was available, she was pursistent on me writing down a couple of numbers i said no thank you my manager can call back (she got really mad and exclaimed that its for records!) geez dont listen to it. scam scam scam

I just got a call from "Courtney" at "IHeartMedia". Our caller ID clearly read "EMERGE 180" so I was skeptical and googled her number and found that she was a fraud and calls businesses asking for the owner which she did with us. I have not called her back nor have any business with her media company or whatever she's trying to sell me. I blocked her number I suggest you do the same.

Same as the rest call us that we have a debt for 21000 dollars and we don’t even know the company, Courtney Chris from emerge 180, from technology insurance, well thanks to this report we realize it’s scam

We have a claim filed with our insurance company regarding a jobsite incident. Courtney from Emerge 180 wanted to discuss settlement options, I told her I could provide her with our insurance company information and she said no thank you and hung up. Why would we do that with an outside company? No thank you
