Spam contact about website design work. Claimed to be a "search engine marketing specialist" but provided only a free email address for contact purposes.

Spammer who claims to be a PRO but resorts to contact form spamming.
If he was REALLY a PRO he would not NEED to spam contact forms to get work!
And wants me to OPT out of contact form abuse to make it stop???
This equals scammer/spammer/phisher!
