Caller ID: Sterling Resear  Three days of calls, three days no VM = ignored

I did not answer.  An automated call said it recognized an answering machine had picked up and I could press a button if I wanted to take the AAA survey.  If I did not, they would call again.  Tha's grounds for putting them on the blocked list.

Say  from AAA wants you to approve call back survey

It's from Florida, they keep saying it's from AAA ,and are asking for a survey in the voicemail as well. They called me yesterday and today so far, I hope it's not a daily thing. They say they'll call back when you let it go to voicemail, I never answer them. Yet I have never used AAA or have had any connection with it. I live all the way in CA so I have no idea how they acquired  my number.

I've been called again for the third time at 6:30 pm.  The first two times were at an earlier time.

I don't answer calls when I don't know who is calling or why.  It makes sense this could be about AAA because my husband called yesterday for roadside assistance.

Call made to husband's cell.  Rang twice then disconnected.  No message left.

As others have reported, I used AAA a couple of days prior to receiving this call. Did not take the survey so I can't comment on what information they may be trying to collect.

They Left a VM.
Seems a Legit call from AAA for a Survey satisfaction of a tow we had earlier since they had the actual DATE of the service.

Caller ID said Sterling Research. Voice said was Triple-A calling about a recent service call (which we had). The automated voice said they noted an answering machine picked up, so they would call again at a more convenient time.

I listened to the introductory phone message and picked up. They had the exact day and time of a call I recently made to AAA, and all they wanted to know was how I felt about the treatment and service I received. They asked for no personally identifying information at all. I took the survey.

“This is AAA calling our system indicates this call has been answered by an answering machine if this is incorrect and you would like to take our member satisfaction survey please press one now to continue otherwise please disregard this message we will call again at another time thank you."

Caller I.D said Phoenix Sterlin, maybe Sterling area code is St. Petersburg Fl. left no message.

I just made changes to my policy on Saturday so that makes sense.  I got a call on Monday

AAA service follow-up survey.  Only know because I called the number back from my work phone.  Anyway, if they want more feedback or responses to their survey, they really should have their caller ID show something like AAA Survey, otherwise most people won't bother answering.

Calls everyday.  Does not leave a message.

AAA calling to conduct a customer satisfaction survey

Left a message indicating that they wanted to conduct a survey for AAA and that they would call back. Used AAA towing recently.
