For months now, Premier Property Services using the number 727-576-6100, has called me. When I answer, there is no one on the line and whoever is there will not talk. This is harassment. \

I searched the number and found their toll-free number and called them. Someone identifying themself as "assistant supervisor" claimed that I was threatening her and she said, "I won't allow that."

They are in for a shock. I'm registered on the national Do Not Call registry and I've filed complaints with the registry; a fine is waiting for them.

Unwanted call; Unprofessional lady requesting information about my property.

I am on the do not call list and they called me.  I guess they think it is ok as they are not selling anything.  I have had this type of call previously and they end up asking you for money to list your property.  They will try to make you believe that it is an almost guarentee that your property will be sold if you list it with them.  I got caught on this once before and I never received a single inquiry.

IS this limited to Arkansas property or are the countrywide?

My elderly mother received several calls from (727) 576-6100 and finally answered.  The caller identified himself as "Cody Hanick" and represented himself as being from "Property Solutions".  The story was the same:  She owns property in Mtn. Home, AR which she put up for sale a few years ago and subsequently took back off the market.  He had this information and asked if she still wanted to sell the property.  Luckily, she is very wary of unsolicited calls and had me research it.  It is possible that Premier Properties is also operating as Property Solutions.   I Googled "Property Solutions" and didn't find much.  However, I Googled "Cody Hanick" and found another thread with tons of people getting scammed.  Most of them received calls from 866-437-3365.  I then Googled the (727) phone number and found this thread.

Yes, the offered to sell some land I own for 10 times the real worth...after I paid them $995 up front for paperwork! Too funny, I explained what they should do with the paperwork. Property Solutions was the name they used.

I got a call from For Sale By Owner Property Solutions offering me $8,200 for a $1,500 lot in Lehigh Acres, FL if I put up $850. The caller was Cody Hanick who may be the same person at http://mugshots.com/US-Counties/Florida/Pinel ... ck.3401776.html . When I told him I don't pay in advance for anything, he abruptly hung up. The call actually came from 727-576-6100 but he told me his personal number was 800-477-4248 ext. 422. I believe he is running a scam.

My mother got a call from this number too..she does have property in ark. would like to get rid of it to stop these types of scammy scummy calls. she got a call last year from same type of thing and did get ripped off as she didn't do her homework and paid for title search all that bullcrap and they use the gimmick of using WALMART for something called greencard cash cards..it is too bad people can't leave people alone.

They helped me put my property on market got some ok calls but not sold yet. I am pretty happy with there advertising!

Someone from this number (a company called "Property Solutions" )was asking about my property in Arkansas.  I am listed on the national Do Not Call list and I would like someone to take action and close this scam down!  There are a lot of complaints listed on the internet about this phone number/company.

Got a call many times from this number, finally answered. They wanted to sell my propery in Horseshoe Bay texas. Of course they knew nothing about the property. In the end they are trying to list the property. you have to send them $895 and they will refund all but $50 when the property sales. Yeah right ! Tracy Cabahug Ext. #417 got rude didn't want me to check them out, wanted me to do it then. scammers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received the same calls from FSBO Property Solutions, phone #727-567-6100.  The individual said he was Tracy Cabahug and when I attempted to ask him questions, he showed me no respect and continued his sales pitch. Very pushy, and kept trying to get me to agree to listing my Az property.  He also asked for an up front fee of $985 to cover their costs until the sale, then they would return all but $50.  I told him that I don't pay up front fees to companies that I have never heard of.  When I told him that I wanted to do some additional research he really started pushing for my listing, he realized that he was wasting his time and let me go.  As far as I am concerned anytime you call and offer a service with up front money it is a scam!!!!!
